High performance eco-friendly semi-non-combustible PIR insulation_NF Board
NF Board is a semi-non-combustible high-performance building insulation material that applies differentiated technology unique to Korea Polytechnics.
High insulation performance
- Initial thermal conductivity 0.020 W/mK or less
- Reduced thickness by up to 1/2 compared to existing insulation (according to KS L 9016-2010, authorized testing institute)
Fire safety
- Semi-non-combustible material (accredited testing institute)
- Conforms to the standard of non-combustible materials (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport notification No. 2015-744)
Economics
- Reduction of cooling and heating costs by perfect insulation effect, maximization of actual use area
Eco-friendly materials
- Environmental mark certification (Ministry of Environment Eco-Label), green building certification (HB Mark) addition point
- Use of C-Pentane foaming agent (HCFC-141b is an ozone-depleting substance that does not meet the certification standards)
- Minimize emissions of hazardous chemicals (VOCs)
High performance eco-friendly rigid polyurethane (PIR) foam insulation_HP Board
HP Board improves insulation and flame retardancy of existing PUR (Polyurethane), and
It is an eco-friendly high-performance building insulation material that applies the eco-friendly foam gas C-Pentane.
